EVA Mendes has revealed how she visited hookers to prepare for her role in new movie Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans.
The actress — who plays a drug-addled prostitute in the flick, which also stars Nicolas Cage – says she found that talking to hookers was quite an enlightening experience.
“I met with call girls, the type who met clients in grand apartments. I learned quite a bit,” she said.
Eva, 35, recently revealed she loves playing bad girls on the big screen.
“I’m just attracted to flawed women,” she said. “I can’t help it. I don’t know what it is. It’s more fun to me getting into a bad girl character than a more traditional female role. Where’s the fun in being nice and pretty all the time?”
